TSII Beauty – Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with TSII Beauty. We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for every order. Please read the information below to understand how we process and ship your purchases.
Processing Times
- Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times & Costs
Australia
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
New Zealand
- Free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
International Shipping (including Europe)
We ship internationally, including to Europe.
- Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days, depending on destination.
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout (flat-rate shipping may apply for some regions)
All international orders are shipped from Australia using tracked international shipping services.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, seasonal demand, weather events, or courier service disruptions.
Split Shipments
To ensure timely delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All Australian orders include GST in the purchase price.
- International customers, including customers in Europe, are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. TSII Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. TSII Beauty is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@tsiibeauty.com.au. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your parcel and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policies.
