TSII Beauty – Refund & Warranty Policy

All TSII Beauty products are covered by Australian Consumer Law and a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
1. Reporting an Issue
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us at:

Clear photos or videos showing the fault
We review all claims and respond within 2 business days.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or, where eligible, a refund.
2. Faulty Products – Refunds & Replacements
Within 30 days of delivery
If a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified and you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may request a full refund.
After 30 days and within 1 year
Refunds are not available. A free replacement will be provided under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Processing time
Refunds or replacements are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Extended Christmas Period (Faulty Products Only)
For purchases made between 28 November and 24 December:

The faulty-product refund window is extended until 7 January (for gifts).
After 7 January, standard warranty terms apply (replacement only).
4. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be right for you.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion as a goodwill gesture

Approved returns receive a store credit valid for 12 months

5. Return Process (Approval Required)
Please do not return items without approval.
Once approved, follow these steps:
Step 1: Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
Step 2: Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Step 5: We process returns within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds (if applicable) may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

7. Warranty Period

All products include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects

Claims are generally resolved within 48 business hours once all required information is received
8. Consumer Rights
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
9. International Orders
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and selected international destinations including Europe.
